Neti Pot Neti Pot

Springtime is allergy time. Some years are worse than others here in NYC depending on how strong the winds are blowing up pollen from flowering trees down South. Other than several sneezing bouts, my allergies have been mild this season (so far). My sinuses, however, have been dripping for several days now. This is where a good neti pot comes in handy. There are many funny YouTube clips on how to use the neti pot, especially since Oprah featured it's use and benefits on her show. The one clip above is pretty clinical. I have the same ceramic pot. Highly recommended.
